1/2 Side of Beef

The 1/2 Side Beef is based on per lb hanging weight and includes an approximate $400 processing fee to cut the beef to your specifications plus vacuum pack and free delivery to your residence. A cut sheet will be emailed once order is placed. Time of delivery will be determined once order form is recieved.  Love the selection of a whole beef order but don’t have the freezer space then our half beef option is the best for you. Great for small families the variety and cost savings compared to buying individual cuts to feed the whole group are winners.
